Refund policy

We have a 14 calendar day fully refundable return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a full refund. The withdrawal period is extended if it falls on a weekend or public holiday.

After this initial 14 calendar day return period, a 30 calendar day partial return policy applies for annual licence purchases, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be 90% of the annual amount paid (representing approximately a one month usage period and administrative expenses).

After 30 calendar days, all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging and be received within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Your EU Right of Withdrawal can be exercised in your account or by using the form available at https://shop.paulaerospace.ca/pages/eu-right-of-withdrawal.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
